This website is dedicated to the promotion and seasonal rental of the furnished house.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As property owners, we are committed to giving our guests a warm welcome, providing all necessary information on how the house operates, and sharing details about the region’s tourist attractions.
The rental includes exclusive access to the house and the garden.
Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
The house is entirely non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided in the garden.
Free on-site parking within the property is available for your vehicle.
Cyclists are also welcome.
The house may be rented for professional stays, including film or photo shoots. In such cases, the rental is subject to a custom quotation.
The house must be cleaned before departure, unless the cleaning package has been booked with the rental. Even when the cleaning package is included, the property must be returned in a reasonable and tidy condition.
Under no circumstances may the guest claim any right to remain on the premises after the end of the rental period initially agreed upon at the time of booking.
2.USE OF THE PROPERTY
Guests are required to respect the property.
Under no circumstances may the number of occupants exceed the maximum capacity of 15 people.
3. PAYMENT
Reservations and payments are made directly after the rental agreement has been signed.
A security deposit of €2,000 will be required upon arrival at the property and returned no later than one month after the end of the stay.
This deposit will not be cashed during this period.
4. ARRIVAL
heck-in and the entry inspection take place between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Check-out and the exit inspection take place between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.
Guests are kindly asked to inform us in advance of their expected arrival and departure times. These times may be adjusted depending on your requirements, subject to availability.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is possible in the event of lockdown or travel restrictions related to Covid‑19.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay remains due.
In the case of an early departure, the full amount of the stay initially booked remains payable to the owner.
In the event that the booking is cancelled by us, any amounts already paid in connection with the reservation will be refunded in full.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Rights to the website and its content
The Website, as well as the databases incorporated therein, is the exclusive property of Bruno Cassé‑Perrot.
As a result, any extraction, partial or total reproduction, transfer of the Website and/or any of its components, including databases, as well as any use other than simple consultation of the Website, is strictly prohibited, unless prior written authorization has been obtained, except for the exceptions expressly provided for and strictly governed by applicable laws, in particular the French Intellectual Property Code.
